INFORMATION ON THE HOLDERS

How does a person seal the professional coin holders?
The professional coin certification holder is designed to be used by anyone without any tools needed. The holder has a top and a bottom. The bottom is placed on a flat surface, the label area is designed to accept the label just by placing the label (no glue is needed) in the label area. The coin is first put into the proper size I-Ring and the I-Ring and coin are placed in the coin area of the holder. You push the edge of the I-Ring down into the holder. Make sure the label and the I-Ring with the coin are all in the proper place and you put the top of the holder in place. It will fit perfectly in place. To close the holder you take a flat small hard covered book and place it on top of the holder and hit it with your hand a couple of times. The pressure will drive the top holder into the bottom holder and seal the label and coin in place. Once the holder is sealed it cannot be opened. After doing a few you will be able to close them in less than one minute.
What are I-Rings?
The professional coin certification holder was designed to hold standard I-Rings. I purchase them in bulk, and you can get them in most standard sizes from me for ten cents each. They are also available from www.airtiteholders.com The holders are only sold by me as they are my personal design; however, I designed them to use the Air-Tite I-Ring to accomodate as many coins as possible. The outside of the I-Ring is outside 2.031” (51.58mm) and the inside will hold every size coin from 42 MM to as small as a 10 MM. To give you an idea a dime is an 18 MM and a one dollar princess gold coin is a 13 MM. In short, every size coin is covered.
How are the labels created?
The labels are created in a label program and then placed into a word document. The process will create 36 labels on a page and they are printed on 67 LB card stock. Once you are to this point you can contact me by phone or email and I will walk you through the process. I will also design your label for you at no cost and email you the files so that all futures labels you create will be a simple process of pulling up a completed label in the label program and making the changes to the label and saving the same. After a short while you will have all your labels made.
